Andrew SheehanAndrew Sheehan is the Program Director of the Veterans Upward Bound at Suffolk University in Downtown Boston. He joined the TRIO family in June of 2026. A VUB alumnus, Andrew received a Bachelor's degree from Suffolk University, majoring in International Relations and Affairs. A United States Marine Corps Veteran served as a Data Systems Administrator in San Diego, California, deploying to the Middle East with the SPMAGTF 18.2. Then, volunteering as a Marine Security Guard protecting diplomats and diplomatic facilities in Mexico, Nepal, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Ashley BookerAshley Booker is the Program Manager of the Veterans Upward Bound at Suffolk University in Downtown Boston. Ashley joined the VUB team in May of 2022. A VUB Alumni, Ashley recently received her Associates Degree from Bunker Hill Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Suffolk University. In the Navy, Ashley was a Damage Controlman aboard the USS Puget Sound AD-38 and the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN-69 stationed out of Norfolk, VA as well as the Naval Weapons Station in Goose Creek, SC. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing video games, baking, and listening to music.
