Explore your future with our veteran-focused Career Assessments, powered by the PAR Self-Directed Search (SDS). This tool helps you identify your interests, strengths, and preferences—then matches them to civilian careers using a built-in MOS/Rate crosswalk. Each result includes detailed salary and job outlook data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and links directly to O*Net for deeper exploration.
